Has has extensive experience with accounting for construction firms, professional practices, manufacturing and commercial businesses and with the set-up and implementation of computer accounting systems.

Hal has studied accounting at Pace University in New York plus, he has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Miami.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the NYS Society of Certified Public Accountants.
